Marita grew up in Austin, Texas, went to school in Oklahoma City, lived in New York City for eight years, and traveled the world as a performer on tour and on cruise ships. Her adventure has led her to be a college music professor and mom, but along the way, she has enjoyed being a singer, dancer, yoga instructor, early childhood teacher, programs coordinator for an accessible circus organization, waitress and retail associate (of course), amateur photographer and artist, and co-founder and executive director of a production company. It’s been a wild ride and she couldn’t be happier to have ended up in Japan, doing what she loves and exploring a new world with her favorite musketeers, Moe and P.

 

Maurizio is a sound engineer and designer from Venice, Italy. He’s one of those guys who happens to be good at just about everything (but I may be biased.) He has played his hand at creating custom surfboards, graphic design, music composition, and photography. He is also an amazing cook and can pick up about any musical instrument and make a pretty sound. He has hopped a couple different oceans now because of his love for Marita, and she is eternally grateful for his support.
